This series takes shape in the southern, often remote regions of China during the COVID-19 years. The South—both geographically and metaphorically removed from the political epicentre—has long thrived on a culture rooted in the rhythms of daily life. Through the texture of the every day, I seek to explore how these southern communities endured the crisis with a quiet, unyielding resilience.
